  Can't thank the team at Alan Grahams Caravans & RVs enough for their expertise and service! Bought a Concept van bit over a 3 months ago now and myself and my wife are over the moon with the result. Definitely brought the right van for us, and thanks to the great friendly service team for adapting the van to our needs. We are 2 weeks into our all Aussie Adventure and looking forward to dropping by and saying g'day when we come past in late January.

  Finally, an extremely professional company with an excellent well finished product (Newlands LUXE Touristor). At our own request, our delivery was 9 months after the original purchase. Throughout this time, Tegan Bowler was never too busy to answer our questions and always kept us informed of our van's progress right up to the delivery date. Upon the actual pick-up, the information tutorial was conducted by Steve, who provided heaps of information about all items concerning the operation of interior appliances together will a lot of helpful tips regarding exterior items that us first timers didn't know......and he was happy to repeat what we didn't understand first time round.
